On September 29th and 30th, 2020, CIAQU held online activities to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival.

“Looking up，I find the moon bright，Bowing，in homesickness I’m drowned." Joseph from a Chinese course recited a famous poem.”  “The Arabs also have a passion for the moon, the teacher's story about the Mid-Autumn moon brought me the resonance between different cultures.” A student named Omar said.

Another group of students learned to make moon cakes while following the steps from an animated cartoon video and listening to melodious Mid-Autumn music. "Although we cannot find mooncakes here, we can share pomelo with the family, just like the Chinese people, to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival." Iman said excitedly.
