On February 7, 2021, CIAQU opened first Chinese language training course in Palestinian Higher Council for Youth and Sports. A total of 32 candidates participated in the course.

Minister Issam Qadoumi, the Secretary-General of Higher Council for Youth and Sports, had a meeting with the Chinese director and teachers of CIAQU on January 12 to discuss the cooperation about Chinese language education and signed Memorandum Of Understanding .

Minister Issam Qadoumi said that the traditional friendship between Palestine and China is deep and the cooperation between the two sides in the field of youth sports development has been particularly close in recent years. He hoped that the friendship between Palestine and China could pass down from generation to generation through language and cultural exchanges of the youths.
