On November 26, 2016, a Chinese culture carnival took place on  the ground floor of the Faculty of Science and Technology. More than 100 Chinese learners joined in the event together with two Chinese volunteer  teachers. The activities including Chinese calligraphy, paper-cutting and paper-folding attracted more than 300 visitors to the scene.
