On August 17, 2019, Confucius Institute at Al-Quds University held its first HSK test, 22 candidates from the bachelor’s degree programs of English, Medicine, Law, Business and Computer Science sat in the level one test.

For better organization of the test, Al-Quds University promoted the test in the university and public media, while the Chinese teachers assisted the candidates in the preparation of the test inside and outside of the classroom.

“The HSK is not as difficult as we imagined”, most of the candidates left the test venue with smiling faces.

CIAQU signed an Agreement on Undertaking the Chinese Tests with Chinese Testing International Co., Ltd. in May 2019. CIAQU sponsors HSK tests as an effort to assess its Chinese teaching efficiency, and aims to promote the Chinese teaching, learning and management by means of this standard test.
