On January 20th, the opening ceremony of a Chinese language program, co-sponsored by the General Military Training Center, State of Palestine, and CIAQU was held in Jericho. Maj. Ge. Youssef El Helou, Commander of GMTC, stressed in his speech that learning a new language will enhance the military people’s confidence since it will facilitate developing the learners’ communication skills and career vision.
The Chinese language program with 20 participants will be taught by Miss Zhang Mengqian, a Chinese lecturer from CIAQU.
